Q: What is the Scan-on-the-Go Secure

A.Scan-on-the-Go Secure provides an Internet browser to encrypt all of your network traffic leaving or coming to your computer, it also speeds up your browsing by up to 300% with its compression and acceleration algorithms, It also scans your memory and files to ensure your online protection against viruses, keystroke logging, and other forms of malware is safe.

Q: How do I use Scan-on-the-Go Secure

Insert the card into the USB drive of your computer

To use (Windows):

• You may see a windows menu pop up while you wait:

• Select Cancel and wait for the Scan-on-the-Go Secure user web user interface to appear: NOTE: If the below Interface does not open click on MYCOMPUTER. Click on USB drive, then it should open up a folder click on the excuteable exe file and the below interface should open.

• 
  You have the selection choice to bring up the ‘Secure Browser’ or ‘Start Scanning’.

• Selecting ‘Secure Browser’ will open the encrypted browser.
• 

• After the Secure Browser opens, you will be given the option to use a virtual keyboard for any onscreen inputs.  If you do not wish to use this onscreen keyboard, then select ‘No’ on the pop up menu. If yes, just click ‘Yes’ and the keyboard will pop up.

• Click on the already open Secure Web Browser to bring this forward for use

• The Scan-on-the-Go Secure Web user interface will remain open in the background

• If you decide to click Start Scanning to scan the system for malware running at that time

• System scan may take up to 5 minutes

Q: Why should I use this card?

A: If you value your Identity and private information you will want to use this card. The card not only protects you against malware, spyware, tracking and location aware software as well as harmful scripts on the internet, but it also increases your browsing speed!

Q: Does the card speed up my web browsing and how?

A: Yes, the Card speeds up your web browsing by up to 300% using hardware acceleration server and patent pending software algorithms.

Q: Why do I need to use a virtual keyboard?

A: Our virtual keyboard protects you against malware that tries to steal your passwords, credit card information and usernames by monitoring your keystrokes. Using the virtual keyboard to enter the data in bypasses the malware.

Q: Does the Anti-virus software on the card need to be updated?

A: No.  The Anti-virus is a thin client which never needs to be manually updated for new virus definitions. 

The software uses a push technology rather than a pull technology for updates, so it will push unknown files to the server to be validated and checked for malware.  The server is continually updated which means the user is not responsible for manually updating this software nor will they need to restart their computer to use it.

Q: Do I need my Norton or Mcafee anti-virus anymore?

A: YES.  Our product is complimentary to any security system; we recommend you have a standard security system in place for when the card in not in use.

Q: Can websites track my location and other information while I am using the card?

A: no.   Your location and private information are encrypted so tracking scripts or sites on the internet will not be able to capture it.

Q: Does this card work with VISTA

A: YES.  Our product works with Vista business and home 32 bit editions but not with 64 bit Vista.

Q: Does this card work with MAC OS?

A: YES.  There is a Mac version of the product that works with 10.4x and greater on the Intel platform.
